Do you ever wonder why you never have time to do the things you want to? I know why. Because we waste our free time. We watch TV shows and sit on the couch. Or we do things our friends want to do because we don’t want to say no. Then we wonder why we never took that pottery class or dance class. Why we haven’t watched the movies on our must watch list. We also spend our days doing things we don’t need to. I’ll simplify your life for you.
Step one: Make a list of what it is you want to do that you say you don’t have time for
Step two: List out all the things you do in a day
Step three: Create a routine based around both lists
Step four: follow said routine
Step five: tweek routine as needed
Step six: Re-evaluate after a while to see if you are doing the things you want and are still following
Step seven: Repeat every so often when you feel out of sync
Schedule everything you want to do and have to do. Cut out things you didn’t even realize you didn’t need to do or make a more efficient way of doing it.
I know you think you have to much to do and so little time. But then how can other people find time? Because they try. The research and read on how to GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER. Or on how to make things easier. If you are to lazy to do that, then you won’t have time. Just remember you chose that life. I chose that life before. It’s easier to ignore because we think we are happier as things are. But the truth is you wouldn’t be reading this far if you were really happy with how things are.
